Copyright Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

This page is general information, not legal advice. If you need advice about your own situation, speak to a lawyer.

Snagtrace (snagtrace.com), operated by Aurevia Systems Pty Ltd, respects copyright. This page explains how we handle it, and what to do if you think something infringes your rights.

Images are yours, not ours

You supply every image used in a Snagtrace video. Rendering happens on your device — Snagtrace does not receive, store or host your images. Because of this, we are not in a position to remove an image from our servers; we never had it.

If a video posted elsewhere infringes your rights

If someone has posted a Snagtrace-made video to TikTok or another platform and it infringes your copyright, that platform's own copyright process is the right place to report it. We have no ability to remove content hosted on someone else's platform.

If something on the Snagtrace website infringes your rights

If you believe material on the Snagtrace website, or in Snagtrace's own packs or templates, infringes your copyright, send a notice to jasraj.bhasin22@gmail.com including all of the following:

Counter-notice

If we remove something of yours because of a notice like this and you believe it was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to jasraj.bhasin22@gmail.com including:

Club and player names

Team, club and player names used in Snagtrace are used descriptively. Snagtrace does not use club logos or crests. No affiliation with the AFL, the NRL, or any club or league is claimed or implied.

Repeat infringers

We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights.
