When to use it
Use this instead of Round Grades once the season ends — Round Grades marks a club's week on the field, this marks a club's off-season business, and the two should not be confused on the tin even though the scale is different: S-D here, A+-F there.
Rate the moves as they land, not the whole off-season at once. A single trade or draft pick is its own tier-list moment — "how did this club do with this pick" — and stacking every club's whole off-season into one list waits too long to be worth posting; the audience for this format wants a reaction within a day of the news, not a summary in December.
Duplicate the deck per transaction rather than building one giant board across the whole off-season. A single trade or the draft's first pick each deserve their own quick grade and their own post, not a slot buried in a wall of eighteen clubs nobody scrolls to the end of.
