When to use it
Use Head-to-Head when the argument is genuinely binary — best player in a certain position, this year's award race down to two, your club great versus the other side's. A tier list or countdown drowns a two-way debate in eight other names nobody asked about; this format removes everything except the pick.
It does not work as a way to rank a whole squad — for that, use Player Ratings or Tier List, then come back here for the one match-up people actually keep arguing about after the ladder settles. Pick two players people already disagree on, not two who are clearly not in the same league — a lopsided pick makes a worse video than a genuine fifty-fifty.
Keep both sides on the same scale. Two out-of-ten ratings compare fine; a rating on one side and a raw stat on the other does not, because the bars end up racing numbers that were never meant to be compared, and the winner banner at the end declares a result nobody watching actually agrees with.
